i CAN'T WAIT to weigh myself tomorrow
it's gonna be sooooo bad, i'm predicting like 64kg at the least :)
also still on period, god i'm gonna be so disgusted that means i've gained fuckin 8 pounds
so okay gonna make a meal plan for the week + rules coz i like doing that
tonight is pancakes urgh, gonna find out how many calories are in pancakes
wednesday- chicken and veg, so should be around 250kcals
thursday- meat balls it's like 300kcal normally but i'll do less rice for me and stuff
friday- soup if no bread it's usual 200kcal at the most
saturday- pasta, ana style?
sunday- if we have sunday lunch, i shall make sure i'm gone
if you eat anymore than this you will purge, whether your tooth hurts or not
exercise may be every other day but if energy levels are good, an increase to every night would be preferable
1st GW- 60kg
2nd GW- 57.5
3rd GW- 56
4th GW- 55 KILOGRAMS OR 121 POUNDS <3 <3 <3
after that we shall see
it's nice to know i won't stay this fat and ugly :)
